About

Licensed Arkansas attorney and principal of AAPG Steve Underwood has been a trusted source of guidance and legal analysis for 13 years. A resident of The Natural State for most of his life, Steve is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and lectures for continuing education seminars on a regular basis. He attended Parker College in Dallas, Texas for his undergraduate studies and graduated from Texas Southern University Law School in 2005. When asked what he loves most about his role at AAPG, Steve says,

“I love helping other people. At the end of the day, it’s about coming up with solutions for each client’s unique needs and giving them peace of mind.”

Steve has been married to his high school sweetheart, Donna, for 40 years. They have two children, Eric and Elizabeth, and two grandchildren, Addison and Asher. When he isn’t working hard for his clients, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and participating in some of his favorite hobbies: hunting, fishing, and boating. He is also a member of the “Smokin’ Guns,” a competitive team that prepares ‘southern style’ barbeque.
